I painted this late summer marshy landscape for Week 34 in my 52 Weeks of Finding Light Series. Using a combination of brushes and palette knife, my goal was to interpret the feeling of the soft, soothing late summer morning light. Painted from imagination and memory in my studio.

This painting arrives unframed. Canvas edges are painted white.
