I painted this atmospheric tonalist landscape for Week 24 in my 52 Weeks of Finding Light Series. Using a favorite limited palette and a combination of brushes and palette knife, my goal was to interpret the feeling of the soft, subtle light of an overcast, somewhat foggy morning. Painted from imagination in my studio.
