I have some good news to share! My painting, Storm Light, has been juried into "Pages From My Sketchbook", an exhibition at the Belmont Gallery of Art, on view now through July 27, 2024.
From the Director of Belmont Gallery of Art, Lauren Palmer-Merrill:
"For "Pages From My Sketchbook, " the Belmont Gallery of Art invited artists to submit work in a variety of media – both two dimensional and short-form poetry. Art in the show includes photographs, pencil sketches, watercolor, oil, fiber, and more. All of the pieces are studies on a theme, color, subject, or technique and offer a glimpse into the artists' sketchbook."
I'm grateful to have one of my seascapes ("Storm Light" 8"x8" oil on Arches oil paper (2024)) included in this exhibition, and I am looking forward to seeing what all of the other artists have created.
